Life is Group Therapy

Every moment whether we see it or not is an amazing opportunity to explore and learn something more about ourselves and other. The students were keen and eager to start the last week of the level one training in the Fountain Head Method, they had learnt the foundation and now it was time to start to learn how to teach it to others.

Lots of sharing, learning and group interaction was the tone of the group and then things really started to heat up when one of the students got to hear from the group their personal experiences of anxiety, she was so shocked as she believed she must have been the only one that suffered from anxiety as no one had mentioned this early in their training.

From that moment forward it was as if a valve on a pressure cooker had been released the group really started to explore anxiety what causes it and how to neutralize it. This moment took the training from theory to real life experiences that each student could work on and also appreciate that it might not always be easy to share your own personal issues yet it is a great way to learn that which they want to be able to teach to others.

Often what makes a great teacher is someone who puts into practice what they teach, what better way than to work on ones own anxiety that is sure to come up when learning something new and being part of a group. Everyday is group therapy and the students made the most of their experiences to explore first hand what it means to neutralizes ones concerns with accurate information that changes our thoughts and then starts to changes the body sensation we experience when anxious.

Thank you to everyone in our group it has been an amazing time of courage and an unwavering passion to gain greater Wisdom which is automatically built into the System Of Life.
